How the System Works
1. The wireless tour guide system is most suitable for small group of audience of 20 pax and below within a crowd. The setup is simple as it just needs to tap the sound feed from the main AV system (normal setup time is about 1 hour, including the testing).
2. The Speaker’s voice (also called the floor language) will transmit from the stationary wireless transmitter to the receivers of interpreters.
3. The interpreters will then use the portable wireless transmitter to interpret for the respective language audience, by selecting different channel at different frequency (again, up to a maximum of 32 channels).

Best Options under Different Situations
1. In single language interpretation, 1 stationary wireless transmitter plus 2 portable wireless transmitters plus 2 receivers or 3 portable wireless transmitters plus 2 receivers are needed, and the number of receivers needed shall base on the number of audience.
2. On the speaker side, it is advisable to use stationary wireless transmitter which cater for multiple languages (up to a maximum of 32 languages) so the speaker doesn’t need to use any handheld transmitter (wireless portable transmitter).
3. On the interpreter side, it is advisable to provide soundproof booth to avoid sound interference from the speaker or the environment, and maximise the listening experience of the delegates. This is especially necessary if the audience group requires interpreting service is more than 10 people.
4. Under the scenario of breakout sessions or the group has to move from one location to another location, stationary wireless transmitter will not be the best option (the speaker should then use the portable wireless transmitter to provide sound feed to interpreters.
